Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of localmobile.tv (the “Website”) and services or communications offered by LocalMobile LLC (“LocalMobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, submitting a request, requesting an appointment, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or request services through it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information connected with the Website and our communications is handled.

1 Use of our Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the Website, its security, or another person’s use of it. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use information from the Website to violate the law or another person’s rights.

You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping it accurate enough for us to respond to your request. Website information is provided for general business and service information. A request submitted through the Website does not create an appointment until it is confirmed by LocalMobile.

2 User Content

You may send questions, messages, reviews, photos, and other material through the Website or our communications (“User Content”). You are responsible for User Content and represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not unlawfully harm another person.

You retain your rights in User Content. You give LocalMobile permission to host, store, review, and use User Content as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide and improve services, and operate the Website, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3 Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, design, graphics, logos, software, and other materials belong to LocalMobile or the parties that license them to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or use our materials or branding without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

4 Service Appointments and Cancellations

The Website may allow you to request information or a service appointment. A request is subject to availability and is not confirmed until LocalMobile or the applicable service provider confirms it. Please provide accurate contact information and arrive prepared for any confirmed appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact LocalMobile as soon as possible using the contact information below. Any appointment-specific terms communicated when an appointment is arranged apply to that appointment.

5 SMS Terms & Conditions

Consent

By providing your mobile number and completing an available SMS opt-in step, such as checking an optional consent box or following an enrollment instruction, you authorize LocalMobile LLC to send recurring text messages to that number. You confirm that you control the number or have permission from its user. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Types of SMS Communications

Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, responses to your questions, and marketing messages about LocalMobile services and offers. The type of message depends on your relationship and interactions with LocalMobile.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges may apply to each message sent or received. LocalMobile does not control carrier charges, coverage, or the availability of SMS service.

Opt-In

You may opt in through a LocalMobile form or another enrollment method presented to you. An opt-in records your request to receive the categories of messages described at enrollment. Keep your mobile number current and notify us if it changes.

Opt-Out

To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP to a message from LocalMobile. You may receive one final message confirming the request. If you continue to receive marketing messages after opting out, contact support@localmobile.tv.

Additional Options

Marketing email preferences and SMS preferences are managed separately. Use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email to stop marketing email, and reply STOP to stop marketing texts. Opting out of marketing texts does not necessarily stop service-related messages needed to respond to a request or manage a confirmed service, where permitted.

By opting into SMS, you agree to this SMS section and acknowledge the related terms in our Privacy Policy. Please review the full Terms of Service before enrolling. SMS consent is optional, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers and message delivery are subject to carrier and network availability.

6 Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Website and its content are provided on an available basis. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that every piece of information will be complete or current. You are responsible for deciding whether information or a service is appropriate for your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, LocalMobile and its owners, team members, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or services. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

7 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when the Website, our services, or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be made available on this page. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any provision that cannot be enforced as written will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
